MM1926

MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1926 is a secondary 250mA LDO with connection error detection. This IC supplies power for external car navigation connection devices (GPS/TV/Radio/Microphone/Camera), and detects output open/short-circuits. The open/short detection function can be used stand-alone without the need of an ADC and can be set separately for highly accurate detection. The power supply circuit is easy to configure with power supply fault protection and short-flag delay function for the rush current.
